Opening times
Our usual opening times are Monday to Friday 09:30am to 5:00pm.
We are occasionally open on evenings to offer counselling sessions by appointment only. If you require support outside of these hours, please visit our Other Useful Services.
If you need to contact us, a member of our friendly team will always be there to help as soon as possible. For the latest news and updates, follow us across social media.
Help in an emergency
If you have seriously harmed yourself or you feel that you may be about to harm yourself, call 999 for an ambulance or go straight to accident and emergency. If you are unable to do this by yourself, ask someone else to call 999 or to take you to accident and emergency.
